asset Management to COD

After major development milestones are completed we will continue to manage the project to ensure no losses in information for the owner on the path to a COD.

FERC 845 Services

FERC Rule 845, allows asset owners with current GIA’s the ability to connect additional on site generation to take advantage of surplus interconnection. Using FERC 845, Sandhills Energy offers an innovative solution to companies with current renewable energy projects under ownership. In our analysis, most wind and solar farms can add between 20%-30% of current project nameplate capacity to existing renewable energy assets with below 5% curtailment. For example, a 100MW wind farm could add 30MW of solar at a competitive price on a faster timeline and with no interconnection risk. Our team can find the best assets in your portfolio to add additional renewable projects too and shepherd the projects from development to COD.
